I need to upload more than 4 files!

By using compression you can send more than 4 files at one time. To do so, place all the files for upload into a single folder, then compress and upload the compressed folder.

What is the largest file size that I am able to send?

You are able to send a maximum of 20megabytes per file.

My file is larger than 20mb... How can I send it to you?

If any single file is larger than 20mb, then the first step might be compression. If compression does not minimize the file please contact your representative to obtain FTP instructions.

What kind of artwork should I send?

We accept all formats - vector art is always preferable though (Freehand or illustrator). If you are providing pixel based art (tiff, eps or png) then the raw Photoshop file (PSD) is preferable.
